These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JAM, operated by Aasha One Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Aasha One Technologies," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using JAM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use JAM.
To use JAM, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name and phone number, at signup, and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Providing false or misleading information at signup, or impersonating another person, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
JAM is a sports matchmaking platform connecting players, solo players, and venue owners, initially covering futsal and football. JAM facilitates the discovery of matches, players, and venues, and facilitates booking and payment for venue slots. JAM does not own, operate, or manage any venue listed on the platform; venues are owned and operated independently by their respective venue owners.
Bookings made through JAM are paid for via eSewa. JAM collects payment for the booking at the time of confirmation and pays out the applicable amount to the venue owner afterward, subject to our Payment & Booking Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. You agree to pay all charges associated with bookings you make at the price in effect at the time of booking.
Venue owners listing courts or facilities on JAM are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, and facility condition, and for honoring confirmed bookings made through the platform. Venue owners receive payouts from JAM for completed bookings, less any applicable platform commission or markup, as set out in the relevant venue partnership agreement.
Futsal, football, and other sports and physical activities organized or booked through JAM carry an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, collisions, and, in rare cases, more serious injury or death. By using JAM to join or organize a match or booking, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aasha One Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and JAM shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with your participation in any match, game, or activity arranged or booked through the platform, whether occurring on venue premises or otherwise. JAM's role is limited to facilitating discovery, matchmaking, and booking; it does not supervise, referee, or otherwise control the conduct of any match or the condition of any venue.
All content, branding, trademarks, and technology associated with JAM are the property of Aasha One Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to JAM at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using JAM and request account deletion at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aasha One Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of JAM, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury as set out in Section 6. JAM's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to JAM in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of JAM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or website, and your continued use of JAM after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
